Sen. Dodd to unveil mortgage-lending package

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Senate Banking Committee Chairman Christopher Dodd plans to offer legislation Tuesday that would establish new mortgage-lending standards while holding lenders and investors responsible for violations of the new rules, committee aides said Monday.
